I have a single suggestion that would make it work very well with my photo workflow. How about reading the exif data of each picture and just uploading the ones that have a specific tag. That way I could just tag a picture with 'Flickr' for instance and the server automatically uploads it. No need to have a separate folder structure for my public photos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just installed Photosync on my homeserver and linked it to my flikr account. Everytime I try to change the Photosync folder homeserver console stops working. Eventlog says that there was an system.argumentnullexception in photosync.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Help is highly appreciated!&lt;/p&gt;
